Add PDF Page Numbers: conversion behavior
Add visible page numbers to every PDF page locally. Choose a starting number, number-only or total-pages style, placement, font size and color with page previews.
Use this to number a report or a set of pages after merging and arranging them.
- The first page receives the chosen starting number; subsequent pages increment by one.
- The total-pages style uses the document page count as its denominator.
- Numbers are transparent image overlays using device fonts; underlying content is retained.
- Placement follows the visible page orientation, including rotated and cropped pages.
