For conversion requests, include the source and target formats. For problems, include the tool name, your browser and the error message. A short description or a non-sensitive sample is enough to start.
The buttons open a draft in your email app. Nothing is submitted until you send the email. Email feedback is not anonymous: your email address and message are shared with us through our email provider. Please avoid sending confidential files.
We review requests to guide improvements. We cannot promise a response time or support for every requested format. Read our privacy information.
