How to use Add PDF Watermark
- Add your PDF file. Choose a file from your device and review the workspace.
- Choose your options. Review the settings and select Convert.
- Save your result. Use the download links to save your results. Image exports can also be downloaded together as a ZIP.
Know your output.
One unencrypted PDF, up to 30 MB and 100 pages. Preview and processing stay on your device. Image exports flatten pages and do not include selectable text. Page editing may lose forms or bookmarks and invalidates digital signatures. Numbering and watermark text are added as images using device fonts; this is not redaction.
Conversion happens locally. Refreshing or closing this tab clears the workspace; downloaded files remain on your device.

- Long text is scaled down to fit inside the visible page; device fonts determine glyph appearance.
- The watermark is an image overlay; original page content remains beneath it.
- A watermark is not access control or permanent redaction and may be removable with PDF editing tools.

Yes, when your device has suitable fonts. Check the preview for missing glyphs before exporting.
Does it protect confidential text?
No. Watermarking does not remove text or prevent copying.
