How to use Split PDF
- Add your PDF file. Choose a file from your device and review the workspace.
- Choose your options. Review the settings and select Convert.
- Save your result. Use the download links to save your results. Image exports can also be downloaded together as a ZIP.
Know your output.
Leave pages blank for all pages, or enter a range such as 1-3, 5. Save the selection in one PDF, one PDF per page, or groups of N pages. ZIP download includes all successful results. Encrypted PDFs are not supported. Editing invalidates digital signatures; forms and bookmarks may not be preserved.
Conversion happens locally. Refreshing or closing this tab clears the workspace; downloaded files remain on your device.
Split PDF: conversion behavior
Extract selected pages from a PDF locally, or split them into individual or grouped PDF files. Keep the selected page order and download the results as a ZIP.
Use it to share specific pages from an unsigned, unencrypted document.
- Leave pages blank for all pages, or enter one-based numbers and ranges such as 1-3, 5. The entered order is kept and duplicates removed.
- Choose a single PDF, one PDF per selected page, or groups of N selected pages. Download the results separately or as ZIP.
- PDF and ZIP processing run in cancellable workers. ZIP packages finished outputs without promising further size reduction.
- Input is limited to one PDF, 30 MB and 500 pages. Encrypted files are rejected and signatures are not preserved.
Questions about Split PDF
Can I save each page separately?
Yes. Choose One PDF per page, or use Group every N selected pages for several pages per output.
What happens if I leave the page range blank?
All pages are included. Use a range such as 1-3, 5 to choose a subset.
