Conversion happens locally. Refreshing or closing this tab clears the workspace; downloaded files remain on your device.
JSON Minifier: conversion behavior
Parse JSON and export compact output without formatting whitespace. Spaces inside string values stay part of the data.
Use it for compact JSON fixtures or text fields. Minification is not encryption or file compression.
- Input must be valid JSON; comments and trailing commas are rejected.
- Whitespace between tokens is removed, while spaces inside strings remain.
- Reserialization can change key order, duplicate keys and number spelling. Do not use it for byte-identical signed payloads.
- Unsafe large integers are rejected; decimals use JavaScript precision.
